The Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s (AAFES) Exchange Credit Program (ECP) reminds Military Star Card users to activate their new cards as soon as possible.
All “old” legacy Statue of Liberty cards will be deactivated, or “decommissioned,” on May 1.
New cards with an EMV chip and enhanced security features were issued in the fall.
Deactivated cards should be cut up and disposed of. Card members who have not received a new card should contact the Military Star Contact Center.
The card, which delivers more than $470 million in annual value, is administered by AAFES.
For more information or to apply for a card, see an Exchange associate or visit https://aafes.media/milstarpa.
