The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) announced several personnel shifts that become effective in February.

TRANSFERS

The personnel shifts included the following:

• Jeffrey B. Begun, Loss Prevention manager, JB Andrews, Md., to Loss Prevention manager, JB Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
• Armando Bernal, assistant food court manager, Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Exchange, to food court manager,
  Luke AFB-Williams AFB, Ariz., Exchange.
• Lucinda D. Brooks, food court manager, Keesler AFB, Miss., Exchange, to regional food program specialist, Eastern Region.
• Donald P. Cantwell, general manager (GM), Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., Exchange, to GM, Fort Campbell, Ky., Exchange.
• Cantwell succeeded Stephen A. Shaw, who moved from the GM position at Fort Campbell to GM, Fort Cavazos, Texas, Exchange.
• Jordan J. Flint, GM, Wiesbaden, Germany Exchange, to GM, Vicenza, Italy, Exchange.
• Flint succeeded Donald Walter Jr., who moved from the GM position at the Vicenza Exchange to GM, the Fort Leonard Wood Exchange, following Cantwell.
• Jada E. Gadsden, main store manager, Fort Knox, Ky., Exchange, to main store manage, JR Marianas-Andersen, Guam Area Exchange.
• Christopher Jados, store manager (branch), Puerto Rico Exchange, to GM (dual), Tyndall AFB, Fla., Exchange.
• Mary L. Magoon, store manager (branch/gas), Beale AFB, Calif., Exchange, to store manager (branch/gas), Presidio of Monterey, Calif., Exchange.
• Craig B. Rainey, operations manager, Ramstein/Baumholder, Germany Exchange, to main store manager, Aviano AB, Italy, Exchange.
• Spenser Stancil, store manager (branch), Vicenza, Italy, Exchange, to store manager (branch), JB Dix-McGuire-Lakehurst, N.J., Exchange.
• Joel Zepeda, Human Resources (HR) policy manager to HR manager, Korea Southern Central Area.
