AAFES Opens Beauty Shop, Spa In CENTCOM AOR

On Feb. 3, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) opened a new beauty salon and spa location at an undisclosed site in the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) area of responsibility.

Participants in the Feb. 3 grand opening ceremonies included U.S. Air Force Col. David Gunter, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW) and Elizabeth A. Goodman-Bluhm, AAFES regional vice president (VP).

CENTCOM AOR

CENTCOM’s area of responsibility — which spans more than 4 million square miles — includes the Middle East, Central and South Asia, and the surrounding waterways.
