THE COMPETITION

Exchanges compete at the store and region levels for a chance to be recognized as a top Exchange during the first and second halves of the fiscal year.

The winning Exchange for each region will receive $500 for a team celebration, based on categories such as the highest percentage of new accounts and year-over-year usage.

At the conclusion of the fiscal year, the most improved and top region with the greatest Military Star Card usage and new accounts opened will be honored with a special cup presentation by their region’s SVP.

The top Exchange in each of those categories will receive $1,000 for a team celebration and a special presentation by their general manager (GM).

New account results are calculated based on calendar month/year, while usage is calculated based on fiscal month/year.
