The American Logistics Association (ALA) values your participation in our events and works diligently to ensure a rewarding experience for all attendees.

To maintain the integrity of our event planning and commitments to venues, vendors, and speakers, refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the event date.

Cancellations received more than two weeks prior to the event may be eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the ALA Events Team at membership@ala-national.org.

In the event of extenuating circumstances (death, illness, medical emergency, etc.), ALA may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a credit toward a future event.

ALA TAKES MEASURES TO PROTECT YOUR DATA

Your security is important to us. From time to time, you may receive emails or phone calls from companies claiming to be associated with ALA. Here’s how to know what’s official:

  • ALA never sells attendee or member lists.
  • We will never contact you to book hotel rooms.
  • Hotel offers from third-party companies are not authorized by ALA.
  • The only official hotel reservation link is available through ALA’s website and official emails.
  • Communications will come directly from ALA staff with an @ala-national.org email suffix.

If you ever receive a message that doesn’t seem quite right, simply forward it to us at membership@ala-national.org and we’ll be happy to verify whether it’s legitimate.
