The ALA New York Chapter hosted an incredible 2025 West Point Golf Outing on June 16th with a fantastic turnout, offering attendees the opportunity to enjoy West Point’s newly renovated clubhouse for the first time. This year’s event drew 93 registered golfers and more than 100 total attendees.
Golfers enjoyed upgraded amenities including a brand-new driving range, new golf carts, and a beautiful dining room overlooking the course. In addition to a great day of golf and camaraderie, the event featured exciting raffle and live auction prizes, raising funds in support of the dependents of our military as they pursue their college education.
Proceeds from the outing benefited The Military Commanders’ Scholarship Fund, helping provide college scholarships to children of active duty, reserve, National Guard, and retired military personnel.
The ALA New York Chapter awarded prizes to the top four placing teams, as well as winners for Closest to the Pin and Long Drive. The raffle and live auction were incredibly successful thanks to the participants who do so much each year to support military families.
The Chapter extends its sincere gratitude to all golfers, sponsors, and supporters who helped make this event a success, and looks forward to welcoming everyone back next year.
