Call to Industry to Provide Water and Snack Items to the U.S. Army for the 250th Birthday Celebration Parade in Washington D.C.
In early June, leading up to the June 14 Army 250th Birthday and Parade, approximately 8,500 soldiers will be descending on Washington D.C. They will be housed in Federal buildings leading up to the event. To support these troops, the American Logistics Association has coordinated with the Army to ask commissary and exchange suppliers to provide water and shelf-stable snack products for these Soldiers leading up to the event.
This donation will go a long way toward ensuring their comfort. Items the Army has a critical need for are bottled water (16.9-ounce bottles preferred), along with other hydration beverages, but not including energy drinks. In addition to beverages, snack items requested include but not limited to beef jerky, power bars, and other packaged snack items.

Delivery Dates- Preferred 3-6 June 2025 9:00 am EDT to 4:00pm EDT or no later than 12 June 2025. Deliveries may only be made Monday through Friday, on weekends.
