For the last 4 years I have been working as a National Account Manager with Military Resale Solutions. Prior to that, I have over 30 years of experience as a results-oriented business manager with demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills. I have an established track record of developing and increasing sales within the CPG industry, produced positive sales results through strategic customer planning, relationship building, negotiating, marketing & promotional programs, budgets, forecasting, coaching and professional development, while communicating between divisions, regions and team personnel to enhance a positive team environment.
During my 28 year career at Nestlé, I had multiple roles, most of them in the military class of trade. In the military, I started as a Business Analyst and then moved to a Customer Account Manager. During that time, I trained many of the people who joined the military team. I was responsible for getting product to the distributors and stores on the Eastern half of the US along with Hawaii and Europe, handled the contracts for DeCA, set up and participated in meetings with the SES’s, and fixed issues we encountered at HQ’s.
I have served one term on the Board many years ago and enjoyed working with our industry folks and DeCA. I have also served on the Commissary Counsel for several years through out my career. While on the Commissary Counsel I have served on different sub committees, store- ops and pricing are the current ones I am on. I have served on several steering committees and have volunteered to work with local chapters as well.
I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Central Michigan University. While at Nestlé I did several training courses with their university.

I have volunteered for many years with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Kelly Cares Foundation, local schools and military organizations. I enjoy helping my community.
I would like to serve on The Board of Directors again as I think it is a very important roll to help industry do business with DeCA.
